This formula of Nugenix works for hubby. The dosage is three capsules. They are clear gel capsules and easy to swallow. These really help with strength, and energy levels. The smell and taste are reminiscent of a blend of herbs. There's been no stomach upset issues. The added benefit also is a benefit for "her", it helps there too...These are an ok value for working out, but if you're looking for a "bedroom" boost, these are a very good value.

I've tried several supplements over the last couple years to help boost testosterone. This Nugenix Total-T, Free and Total Testosterone Booster Supplement for Men, 90 Count has worked for me as well or better than the others I've tried.It probably does help if you've already been supplementing. If you're starting from scratch, you may need to take for a while before you notice any changes.I'm cautious with any supplement, and usually start first week or so with minimal dose and then work up to the suggested dosing, just to be sure there won't be any surprise effects, and did the same here with zero issues.I don't have before and after labs, so cannot offer finite metrics on changes, but I do generally feel better and more "balanced" taking these, and can tell when I miss a dose.Have noticed that dosing seems very consistent between capsules, so definitely a quality manufacturer as well as a well-known brand.These work well for me, so will reorder. Five stars!

At 43, I might be in the best shape of my life, and I have played sports semi competitively most of it. What I can say is that my 8 year old said: “daddy why is it called a 6 pack if you have an 8 pack?”.Again it’s not magic pills. I lift weights 2-4 times a week, and play soccer and basketball another 3-5 times per week, add some running, healthy (but not crazy) eating, and take some supplements to help out as I age.The pills are easy to take, have no flavor, and you take a total of 3 per day.I haven’t noticed any impact on sleep, and really cannot tell if they are giving me an energy boost, but other than minor injuries my body is doing as well as one can hope at this point.Recommended

I have a hard physical job removing trees with guys and gals much younger than I am. As I am getting into my late 30s I have noticed my energy level after work has decreased and my muscle aches increased. I have been taking 2 pills daily for about 2 years now which is less than the maximum recommended. It took about 30 days to start feeling any difference but I started to notice less muscle fatigue by the end of shift and more energy to work on some stuff at home or play with my kids. I have also notice that my major veins seem to be bulged slightly more. Possibly increased blood flow to muscles which would make sense to help lessen muscle fatigue and apathy. I feel like I have a little more energy for enjoying the things that make me happy. I don't work out but I have built a respectable amount of muscle mass just by doing my job every day. I can't speak much for the sex drive that it is supposed to increase as I have never been all about sex and I have been married for over 15 years with 3 boys in the house. I did stop taking them one time for a little over a month and picked them back up when I noticed I was falling into my lazy fatigued slump after work again. By this, I am confident they are working. They are a little pricey especially if you take the maximum recommended dose but I will continue to buy them as I believe they are worth it for me.

I started taking this supplement during Covid. I was taking handfuls of supplements everyday to avoid getting the virus. My sister turned me onto this all inclusive supplement. It contained all that I was taking daily but in the convenience of just one capsule. Two years after lockdowns, I am still taking it and have still been untouched personally by the virus. I think that is proof enough that it works!!
